MICHAEL PARKER JOINS GUNMA CRANE THUNDERS

Gunma Crane Thunders has reached an agreement with Chiba Jets for the transfer of Veteran Michael Parker. Parker played for Chiba Jets for 4 seasons and he played a total of 13 basketball seasons in Japan. With the Jets , Parker reached two B-League Finals in 2018 and 2019 and won two Emperor’s Cups .Parker’s comments about joining Gunma : “ I am very excited to join Gunma crane thunders. I feel like it is a perfect fit for me and my playing style. I think the organization has done a masterful job of building a very strong roster that can compete on any level in Japan. My goal is to help build the team to one of the most dominating teams in all of japan. I am excited to get to Gunma and explore the onsens and mountains.
