Blackwater Elite signed Alex Stepheson for the PBA Commissioner's  Cup. Stepheson just completed his season in Japan with Yokohama BC averaging 15.2ppg, 13.6rpg, 1.9apg in 35 games . The Power Forward/Center from California is not new to the Philippines , as he already played for Meralco Bolts in 2017
