DEVAUGHN AKOON PURCELL SIGNS IN FRANCE

Free Agent Guard/Forward Devaughn Akoon Purcell has reached an agreement for the rest of the season with ESSM Le Portel of the French Jeep Elite League.

Purcell earned a two-way contract with the Denver Nuggets, after a great performance at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. He played seven games with the Nuggets but he was waived on December 16. After being released from the Nuggets, he joined Israeli club Hapoel Tel Aviv , but the two sides parted ways in February.
